CardScan Team V9 is the perfect choice when you don't already have a company database. CardScan Team has a multi-user database enabling more than one person to access the scanned business cards simultaneously.
Essentially CardScan Team is the same product as CardScan Executive, but to share contacts with CardScan Executive you need to export them from the CardScan software to your existing database or sync them to Outlook. With CardScan team you have a database that can be accessed by many people, depending on how many extra software licences you buy (CardScan team comes with 2 licences for starters, and then you can buy additional licences).
CardScan Team has a compact scanner which scans full-colour business cards in around 2-3 seconds. Like all CardScan products, the Team product synchronizes easily with Outlook, PDAs and smart phones. CardScan Team comes with a detachable USB cable for connection to your PC/Laptop and 2-user licences of CardScan software.
Want to export to Excel or to a text file? This is a very simple task within the CardScan Software and takes just a few mouse clicks. You can export the entire database, selected contacts, or groups of contacts (within CardScan you can setup groups for easy categorisation of contacts). The CardScan software exports to a CSV file which can be opened directly in Excel or any other application that can read a text file.
